Google Review Text Alerts: SMS Terms of Service

1. Operator and program status

The Buzz Brand is operated by BUZZ BRAND LLC, Oklahoma City, OK. Google Review Text Alerts is a planned program using +1 (888) 804-5531. It is pending launch; program messaging will not begin before verification, activation, and recorded written consent.

2. What the program is

The Buzz Brand manages Google Business Profiles for agency clients. When the program is active, enrolled business owners receive an informational text when their business gets a new Google review. It includes the reviewer’s name, star rating, and review comment. Owners can text the response they want posted publicly on Google as the business’s response. After a reply is posted, the owner receives a confirmation text. Owners can text SKIP to leave a review unanswered.

These are informational account notifications. The program does not send marketing or promotional messages.

3. Message frequency

Message frequency varies. Enrolled clients receive one text for each new Google review their business receives, plus one confirmation text after each reply is posted.

4. Message and data rates

Message and data rates may apply. Check with your wireless carrier for details about your plan.

5. How to opt out

Once messaging is active, you can cancel at any time by replying STOP to any program message. You will receive one final unsubscribe confirmation and no further program messages. To rejoin, reply START or contact us.

6. How to get help

Reply HELP to any program message for help, or contact customer care at [email protected]. Before launch, use email for assistance.

7. Replies are posted publicly

Text you send in response to a review alert, other than SKIP, STOP, HELP, or START, is intended for public posting on Google as your business’s response to that review. You are responsible for the content of your replies. The Buzz Brand may decline to post a reply that appears to contain personal information, offensive content, or content that violates Google’s policies.

8. Carrier liability

Wireless carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

9. Eligibility and written consent

Enrollment is limited to business owners or authorized representatives of businesses whose Google Business Profile is managed by The Buzz Brand. Enrollment requires a signed paper form or a written “I agree” email reply, with the client’s mobile number, to an enrollment email containing the consent disclosure. This website does not submit enrollment or consent.

Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of any purchase or service.

10. Privacy

Information is handled under the Privacy Policy linked below. Mobile information and SMS opt-in data are not shared for marketing or promotional purposes.
