About this policy

The Buzz Brand is operated by BUZZ BRAND LLC, Oklahoma City, OK (“we,” “us”). This policy explains how we collect, use, and protect information provided to our agency, including information for the planned Google Review Text Alerts program.

The text-alert program is pending launch. The program-specific practices below describe its intended operation after verification and activation.

Information we collect

When you contact or work with us, you may provide your name, business name, email address, and mobile phone number. For enrolled SMS clients, we keep the consent record, including the date and method of opt-in; messages you send to the program, including review replies; and business review information received while managing your Google Business Profile.

This website does not provide online SMS enrollment or collect SMS consent through a form.

How we use information

We use contact details to respond to inquiries and provide agency services. When the text-alert program is active, program information is used to send alerts about new reviews, post the replies you authorize as your business’s public response on Google, send posted-reply confirmations, respond to HELP requests, process STOP requests, and maintain consent and operational records.

SMS and mobile information

No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. All the above categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information won’t be shared with any third parties.

We use service providers only to operate the program, such as our SMS delivery provider (Twilio), workflow automation provider (Zapier), and Google. These providers may process your mobile number and messages only to deliver the service to you.

What is public

Replies you text in response to a review alert are intended to be posted publicly on Google as your business’s response. Do not include personal or sensitive information in those replies.

Your choices

Once program messaging is active, you can opt out at any time by replying STOP, and reply HELP for help. You can ask us to access, correct, or delete your information by emailing [email protected].

Data retention and security

We keep program information only as long as needed to provide the service and maintain required consent records. We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards to protect it.

Children

Our services are intended for businesses and are not directed to children under 13.
